Once you have successfully registered on-line you will receive an ‘acknowledgement of registration’ e-mail; however please note that this is not a confirmation of booking. If you do not receive an ‘acknowledgement’, please contact the Conference Organiser (ecta2008@destinationkillarney.ie). Confirmation of registration will be forwarded to you once your requirements and payment have been processed. Post or Fax Complete the registration form available on ECTA website, and return it along with payment to the Conference Organiser, Destination Killarney. Please complete one registration per delegate - please photocopy the form if you require additional copies or download the form from the ECTA website. Registration Fees All fees are payable in Euros. Please note that all bank charges must be settled by the remitter. Registration - Cancellation Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Conference Organiser. Cancellations will be accepted until 2 May 2008 with a refund of all prepaid fees, less a 20% cancellation charge. Refunds after this date will be made under exceptional circumstances only and will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Confirmation and Joining Instructions Confirmation of registration will be sent to all delegates whose payment has been received. In addition, joining instructions will be sent out in May 2008 by e-mail to assist you with your visit to Killarney. Please ensure you submit your personal e-mail address when registering. Cancellation of Hotel Reservation Hotels can be booked via hard copy form (included in the present brochure) or on-line forms. However, if you have already booked a place at ECTA 2008 and want to make a hotel booking at a later date, please contact the Conference Organiser, Destination Killarney (ecta2008@destinationkillarney.ie). Please do not register yourself again. Requests of Reservations will be processed on a first come first served basis according to availability - in the event of your first choice hotel being unavailable, please list your second choice hotel. A non-refundable deposit of the first nights accommodation will be debited from your credit card at the time of booking. Remaining balance is to be settled on departure at your chosen hotel. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and received before Friday 2 May 2008. Your deposit will then be refunded less a handling fee of €50.00. After this date no refunds will be made but substitutions can be made up to 21 days prior to arrival. Changes / amendments to bookings i.e. change of arrival / departure dates will be accepted up to 21 days prior to arrival. Any changes, cancellations, no shows and early departures that give less than 21 days notice will be charged at the full nights Bed and Breakfast rate per night cancelled.
