ECTA - GRUR Joint Event Brussels Workshop "European Trade Mark System under review - A first analysis of the new proposed legal framework" - 3 June 2013, Brussels
On 27 March 2013 the European Commission has presented a package of initiatives "to make trade mark registration systems all over the European Union cheaper, quicker, more reliable and predictable."
In this context the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA) will organize a workshop fully dedicated to the reform of the European trade mark system.
The workshop will bring together the representatives of the European Commission, directly involved in the reform, the Members of the European Parliament, the OHIM delegation as well as the top European IP Professionals.
GRUR and ECTA are delighted to invite you to participate in the assessments of our expert panels and in the discussion of the most recent developments of the European Trade Mark System.
The workshop will be held on 3 June 2013 from 12:00 to 18:30 at the Representation of the State of North-Rhine Westphalia to the EU in Brussels.
